Refund Policy

7-Day Free Trial

All Pro subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. During this period, you have full access to all Pro features without being charged. If you cancel within the 7-day trial, you will not be billed at all.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. After cancellation:

• Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing period
• Your generated designs and projects remain accessible

Refunds

The 7-day free trial serves as the primary risk-free evaluation period. Because the trial allows full access to all features before any charge:

• Charges made after the trial period are generally non-refundable
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 48 hours for a case-by-case review
• If you were charged in error (e.g., after cancelling during the trial), we will issue a full refund
