By accessing and using Manaro Interior ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Manaro Interior provides AI-powered interior design services, including room redesign, floor plan generation, and material recommendations. The Service uses artificial intelligence and results are suggestions, not professional architectural or engineering advice.

3. Free Tier & Paid Plans

Users receive 2 free design generations without an account. After signing in with Google, users receive 1 additional free design. Paid Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $14.99 NZD and include 50 design generations per month.

4. Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading images, you grant Manaro Interior a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your images with third parties.

6. AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by the Service are provided for inspirational purposes. Manaro Interior does not guarantee the accuracy of floor plans, dimensions, or material recommendations. Always consult qualified professionals for construction or renovation decisions.

7. Affiliate Links

The Service may include affiliate links to products from retailers such as Bunnings Warehouse and Mitre 10. Manaro Interior may earn a commission from purchases made through these links at no additional cost to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Manaro Interior is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated designs or recommendations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
